These Terms of Service govern your use of SummarizeThis / AI Business Intelligence Tools (the "Service"), operated by Elite AI Holdings LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

The Service provides AI-assisted document summarization and business-intelligence tools. Output is informational only and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

3. Billing

Starter, Pro, and Enterprise are recurring subscriptions billed to the card on file. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite AI Holdings LLC's total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
